Ciao, folks, and thank you for joining me on Day #71 in A Year of Positivity! I hope all is well and that you and your loved ones are all in good health. Today’s quote is brought to you by Fred DeVito, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

Wow. This quote makes me think of every challenge I’m facing in my life right now, as well as every other challenge I’ve faced in my life up to this point. Now that I look back, I see I went through many countless challenges which changed me for the better. I also see challenges I never met, and it’s in these challenges that nothing changed. Oof!

It’s pretty interesting to me that we only grow when we’re presented with challenges, because we certainly don’t grow when things are easy. A challenge is really a test of our willingness to change, and our courage, and if we accept it and overcome it, then we’ll have grown in character with a little more wisdom on our belt.

I don’t know about you, but I think that’s pretty nifty! So, bring on the challenges, and let’s dare to take them on with our truest authenticity, and use our courage to overcome them! We’ve got this, y’all!
