- Soak your feet in warm water.
- Listen to an audiobook.
- Read a few pages of a book, perhaps one that is your favorite scene.
- Play calming, lyric-free music.
- Watch a scene from your favorite movie.
- Reorganize your to-do list.
- Organize a drawer.
- Write down everything you’ve recently achieved and give yourself a reward.
