Day #345 in a Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful my new bottle of rose syrup has arrived in the mail.
Once my rose bushes go dormant for the winter, I stock up on my fave DaVinci Gourmet rose syrup. It’s delightful and versatile. It works incredibly well with a vast array of teas, coffees, smoothies, lemonades, cocktails/mocktails. It’s also yummy in ice cream and yogurt, along with a massive variety of culinary treats, and so much more. The creative possibilities are endless and luxuriously delicious. I love it in my yogurt with the butterfly pea flower powder (one teaspoon of the syrup is enough), and I also enjoy it in a lot of my drinks, though I haven’t tried it with coffee yet. If you’re interested, check it out, but allow me to share a tip. Depending on what you mix it with, usually a little rose syrup goes a long way, so start with a teaspoon (or half-pump, if you have one of those pumper caps), and you’ll quickly discover what’ll be your sweet spot of flavor. 🌹
