Day #284 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful that I had a wonderful night’s sleep two nights in a row.

I rarely get two really great nights of sleep in a row, but I slept like a baby. I think it’s because we just changed our thermostat to 68 degrees for sleeping at night, rather than 70 degrees, whether it’s heat or A/C. I wish I could test my sleeping behavior at 65 degrees, but Grams won’t go for it, as she’s explained to me before that she can’t sleep if it’s below 68. So, I’m thankful I can at least get a great night’s rest. May tonight be another great one!
