Day #284 in A Year of Positivity

7 Sentences I Wish I’d Read Earlier in Life

Some of these were hard-learned lessons through life experiences, though I wish I’d read them earlier in life, as they would’ve been incredibly helpful. Even now, a few of them are good reminders, and they’re all good. So, without further ado, I’ll share them below, and maybe they’ll help you, too.

  1. You don’t have to explain yourself to everyone—protect your peace.
  2. Not everyone you lose is a loss.
  3. The people who truly care will show up without being asked.
  4. Learn to be okay with not being liked by everyone.
  5. Discipline will take you further than motivation ever could.
  6. If it costs you your mental health, it’s too expensive.
  7. Healing takes time, and that’s perfectly okay.
