Day #273 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for the song “Still the King” by Chris Tomlin.

I’ll never get tired of Chris Tomlin’s classic, older songs, but I also love it when he releases new music. One of his latest songs is “Still the King.“ I can’t get enough of it. There’s something so mesmerizing about it. The music and lyrics are very humbling and grounding for me. It always catches me off guard and evokes strong emotions every time I listen to it, softening my heart and spirit without fail. I can’t just listen to it once either. I have to listen to it at least a few times in a row. It brings me a new level of peace because it’s a gentle, loving reminder of who Jesus is, and what He did for me (and still does for me even now).
