Day #270 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for finally finishing the page formatting of my manuscript, “Raising the Crown.”

Page formatting has been an absolute nightmare for this manuscript. Usually, I hire someone to do it for books I put on the market, but Raising the Crown and its sister novels aren’t part of a series I’m selling. This RTC series holds a very special place in my heart, and I just don’t want to make any money off it, ever. I want people to read it and enjoy it as much as I’ve loved writing it. That being said, I’m beyond thrilled to say that I’ve finally finished the page formatting, which also involved some minor content editing. My next step is to upload it to a flipbook platform that is easily accessible, allowing everyone to read it virtually, much like a digital book. I was going to do that today, but I realized the host platform I’ve been using isn’t exactly what I had in mind, so I’m still going through other virtual flipbook platform options. I’m going offline tomorrow (except for tomorrow’s day of thanks/positivity), but be on the lookout for Monday’s follow-up post!
