Part 3:
The 75-Hard Challenge.
This particular challenge was designed by Andy Frisella, which involves a strict diet, drinking a gallon of water daily, reading 10 pages of a non-fiction or self-help book daily, doing two 45-minute workouts daily (one must be outside), and taking a daily progress picture. The diet part will be a challenge for me, and I’ll have to adjust my water intake because drinking too much water actually gives me a headache. However, I’m definitely up for this challenge. I will also be marking all this on a calendar to visually keep myself in check. How about you?
