Day #266 in A Year of Positivity

What to Tell Yourself if You Keep Pressing “Snooze.”

I love mornings, as that is when I have the most energy. That is when the whole world is so quiet and peaceful. So much can get done in the wee hours of the morning before daylight breaks. However, I totally hate getting out of bed early. This makes me a bit lazy when it comes to waking up. When I came across these suggestions, I knew I had to try some of them out. I thought it would be a good idea to share them here as well. Shall we give them a try?

  1. “I can accomplish so much today.”
  2. “I’ll set back my morning routine if I stay in bed.”
  3. I don’t want to lose time this morning.”
  4. “Today, I want to feel accomplished.”
  5. “The day is waiting for me to make the most of it.”
  6. “This is the first step in building better habits for myself.”
  7. “I’ll feel more in control of my day if I get up now.”
  8. “The day is full of possibilities if I choose to start it right.”
  9. “This is my opportunity to start the day with discipline.”
  10. “The more I snooze, the less time I have to enjoy the morning.”
  11. “If I get up now, I can start the day with gratitude.”
  12. “I don’t want to rush through my morning.”
  13. “The sooner I get up, the sooner I can enjoy the day.”
  14. “I’ll feel so much better if I get moving now.”
  15. “Getting up now means I’ll have more time to enjoy my morning.”
  16. “I could be making progress.”
  17. “This is the perfect chance to break my snooze habit.”
  18. “The best version of myself gets up now, not later.”
  19. “I’ll have time to prepare myself for a great day.”
  20. “Getting out of bed is a small victory that will set the tone for the day.”
