Day #227 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful I figured out why I was getting two more headaches back-to-back last night.

I woke up twice last night to discover that my sinuses were so dry it actually hurt, and it was the reason I was having two back-to-back headaches. It suddenly dawned on me that this was the reason why I was also dealing with a 12+ hour-long headache yesterday, but I didn’t notice the dryness because it was more subtle than last night. It’s getting a little dry where I live, especially with the central air system that we have in our house. I moisturized my sinuses each time last night because I couldn’t remember exactly where I had left my small tear-drop mistifier (it’s like a tiny version of a humidifier but can also mistify essential oils blended with water, if I want). I wasn’t in the mood to hunt for it, but now that I know where it is, I’ll start using it tonight with just purified water.
