I came across a post with great suggestions on how to grow into our best selves, and I thought it would be cool to break it down into a mini 5-day series. That being said, here comes part 1:

  • Start your day with the right intentions.
  • Build self-discipline with 5-10 minute daily routines.
  • Really understand your reason(s) “why” to keep you motivated.
  • Always look for opportunities and open doors that help you grow while maintaining your peace and joy.
  • Get fresh air and go for walks when you need time to think clearly.
