I’m thankful for naps.
I highly recommend reading this article by the Sleep Foundation about napping. It’s a pretty beneficial mid-afternoon activity when used in moderation. It can boost productivity, alertness, creativity, and much more. I don’t nap often. However, I know I felt great after the nap I had today.
