Day #145 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for this very productive day.

Grams and I had quite a productive day drying all the golden oregano, and I even got to dry a few trays of the Greek oregano. I actually forgot that this was a 3-day weekend, so I will spend the day tomorrow finishing the oregano. It appears I won’t be spending the entire week drying them, which I’m also thankful for. I had even gone outside and soaked up a little sun when it peeked out from behind all the clouds. Today was a great day.
