Day #144 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for this year’s plentiful harvest of oregano.

My Golden and Greek oregano herbs didn’t grow much last year, but they’re growing like weeds this year in our garden bed out front. I harvested several bushels of the stuff and am now beginning the drying process. I have been waiting to replenish my Golden oregano stock because I’ve been out of it for over a year. I’ve already had two jars of the Greek oregano, so I will share some of the new jars with our neighbors. I’ll be busy all week with drying oregano, but that’s okay, because I’m so happy!
