Day #134 in A Year of Thanks

Day #134 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for physical pressure.

A few years ago, I broke my left wrist. It was so bad that it was only hanging on by a bone. I had to have surgery to have a titanium plate and screws put in to re-stabilize everything and heal properly. Every now and then, it bothers me with extreme heat and cold sensitivity during the summer and winter months. No biggie. However, I recently started experiencing some new, weird restlessness. Nothing seems to help except putting physical pressure on it. It’s weird, but what a relief!
