I’m thankful for the invention of refrigerators.

I really, really enjoyed dinner tonight. It was leftovers I brought home from the restaurant Grams and I went to the other day. Then, I got to thinking. Leftovers wouldn’t have been possible without a refrigerator. I can fully appreciate having one in my home that saves leftover meals for another day and can also store other stuff like milk and water, keep produce fresh, etc.

I was looking up some interesting facts about refrigerators. Did you know the first successful refrigerator was created by General Motors in 1927? This invention will be 100 years old in two more years. Who knew? Well, now we both know! 😉
