Day #88 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for finally getting my hair cut today.

When you can’t remember the last time you had your hair cut, it’s time to make an appointment. My hair was so long it came down to my waist, so when I went to my hair appointment this morning, I had seven inches cut off. Surprisingly, my hair is still pretty long, but it’s at a much more manageable length. I originally had plans to get bangs to cover my high forehead. However, I decided against it for now. My next hair appointment will be a special treat for my birthday. It’ll be something different and fun to welcome the summer. As for today, I am pretty content with my new ‘do.
