Day #85 in A Year of Thanks

Day #85 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for my new Fitly Mini Stepper 3.0.

I dream of the day when I can have a room at home dedicated solely to working out, and I know exactly what tools and equipment I’d like to have. However, where I live now, there isn’t enough space for such equipment. I barely have space for a treadmill and a mat, so I’m unable to buy equipment like some punching bags, a weight bench, an elliptical, or a Peloton bike. That being said, I enjoy finding things that take up very little space, are portable, and when I’m done working out with them, I can tuck them away under my bed or desk. In this case, I’m referring to my new Fitly Mini Stepper 3.0. I’d been seeing ads for it everywhere online, and since it was on sale for 50% off, I decided to give it a try. It felt like a perfect addition to my workout routine. It is exactly what I needed to lift my mood, too.

I ordered this on March 22nd, and it came in the mail yesterday. I didn’t have time to open the package, so I set it aside to check it out today. When I opened it, I quickly found that it was already set up exactly as I needed it, with resistance at the perfect level. There was no assembly required, so I just stepped right on and had a lot of fun with it. It’s easy to see why there are over 120,000 5-star ratings, especially since people can efficiently multitask while using it (i.e., watching TV or working at their desk). It came with two resistance bands, although I haven’t used them yet, as I’m still trying to consistently engage my core and balance on this mini stair stepper. It’s truly a full-body workout that gets the heart pumping. I’m beyond amazed at how quickly it arrived in the mail, and I already love this mini stepper so much!
