Day #64 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for the shift I’m on at work.

I’m the type of person bursting with energy at the start of my day, which is why I prefer the first shift possible at any place of employment. However, the first shift is difficult for me to get at my current job. Lately, though, I’m relieved I’m on the shift I’ve had for quite a while. The reason is that I now have time to drive my grandma to most of her medical appointments without taking time off work, and these days, it’s a lot of appointments. So, thank You, Abba!
