Day #63 in A Year of Thanks:
I’m thankful for hot water.

It was a busy morning for us, and we used a lot of hot water for several things. When we began running out of hot water, we almost thought something was wrong with the water heater, and we started to panic. Turns out we were simply doing too much at once, which we usually don’t do. It was just an unusual morning of trying to get some more things done, and it happened to be stuff that needed hot water. Lesson learned: Give plenty of time between daily chores needing hot water to allow the water heater time to fill back up again.
