I’m thankful for the following book by Dane Ortlund, Gentle and Lowly: The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers.

If I could literally put a book in the hands of every single person on this planet, next to the Bible, it would be this book by Dane Ortlund, Gentle and Lowly: The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers. This book focuses solely on the beautiful, tender heart of Jesus, how precious we are to Him, that He won’t give up on us until we draw our last breath on this side of eternity, and it even shows you how to grow in loving others. I’ve read this book multiple times, and I’ve learned something new and precious from Jesus every time. If you want to know who Jesus is or build upon your relationship with Him, then whatever else you’re reading, put a pause on it and buy this book. It’s pretty cheap for a book and small, so it’s easy to take with you on the go. It’s worth your money and time. I rate this book a 10 out of 10.
