I just recently saw a reminder online about how powerful the mind is. Our brains are always searching for proof of what we tell them. There’s a term for this mind process called Confirmation Bias, which works like this: If you believe, “Nothing ever goes my way,” your brain will highlight everything that confirms that belief. But if you tell yourself, “I know things can get better,” your brain will find evidence to support that idea. Your mind is just doing its job, seeking confirmation to reinforce the world you’ve created in your thoughts.

The brain and the mind within are the most powerful tools we have. Yet, they’re also the most underestimated or underutilized. The brain is an incredible and beautiful design meant to work for you in all the best ways possible. Use it to your advantage. Master that big, beautiful, incredibly creative brainpower with positivity, enthusiasm, and passion, and you will find yourself unstoppable!
