Day #52 in A Year of Positivity

Greetings, everyone, and thank you for joining me on Day #52 in A Year of Positivity! I have a cool quote for you today, which comes from Paulo Coelho, “When you are enthusiastic about what you do, you feel this positive energy. It’s very simple.”

To me, this is a fascinating quote, because I’m seeing it happen in my own life, and I also see it happening with those I love. There’s something majestic about the connection between enthusiasm and the energy of positivity. Enthusiasm, by its very definition, means an intense and eager enjoyment, interest, and/or approval.

I’ll got a perfect example to show the correlation between enthusiasm and positive energy. I just started a podcast as a solo host for people to tune in and listen to every Year of Positivity post. I’m only 7 episode recordings in (they are all attached to their matching posts), so it’ll take a few days to catch all the audio recordings up to where we are now. I’m so thrilled about it.

The same goes for another podcast I’m starting up for all things related to writing. I’ll be a co-host on it with one of my best friends. It’ll be called The Flow of Ink with Willows and Pierce (Official Facebook Page), and the podcast will be on the YouTube channel. These 2 podcast projects are just two of many examples I can share to show the enthusiasm I’ve got in my life that’s adding a lot of positive energy. I’m so pumped and enthusiastic about both podcast channels that I can’t help but be filled with positive energy. Like, I want to jump up and down in excitement. However, I’m keeping my cool, though I’m screaming on the inside (lol).

Are there things in your life that you’re enthusiastic about? What makes you happy, and what excites you? What makes you smile and brings out the best in you? Also, if it makes you happy, and excites you, and makes you smile and brings out the best in you, these are key indicators that whatever it is, keep it and keep it going, because enthusiasm combined with positive energy helps to improve attitudes and behaviors that lead to success and true happiness!
