Day #4 in A Year of Positivity

“Believe you can and you’re halfway there.”
– Theodore Roosevelt

Hello and thank you for tuning in to Day #4 in A Year of Positivity! It’ll be a busy day for me and my family today, so this post will be shorter than yesterday’s, because it’s July 4th, the national Independence Day for the United States of America. That being said, Happy 4th of July to all my fellow Americans!!!

Today’s positive quote comes from Theodore Roosevelt, “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.”

Every single one of us has the potential to do something great with our lives, or to do something great with our skills and talents. We all have the ability to take challenges presented in front of us, and turn them around into something meaningful.

President Theodore was on to something when he spoke of this quote. Half the battle truly is believing we can do whatever we want to set our minds and hearts to, because if we don’t believe we can do it, then we won’t get very far, will we?

If we believe we can do it, then we’re halfway there, because the rest will take care of itself through our gifts and our skill sets. We’re all unique in our own different ways and we all have something special to offer in this world, to others.

What is your special skill set? What unique talents do you have to share with the world? Will you take that extra leap of faith in your abilities to make something of yourself? Based on personal experience as an author, I can tell you I wasn’t always so confident in my ability to write. Then I took that leap of faith and became published.

If I can accomplish my dreams and goals, so can you! All you have to do is believe, believe in yourself, and your skill sets will take care of the rest!
Dream it, believe it, and do it!
